Read Watch Do Summer – OPL

July 19, 2022 by Leticia Williams Leave a Comment

July 25, 2022 @ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Read Watch Do: Summer at Oakland Public Library continues its series of events at Liberation Park. Bring your family out for some storytelling, music, skating and crafts. Join us 7/25 and 8/6 for some family fun.

Tacuma King of Bay Area Youth
Arts will host an African drumming
demonstration.
Tacuma teaches us that West
African drumming is much more
than music; it is a spiritual manner
of communicating that reconnects
people to history, heritage, and
each other.
